✏️ Changes After 18 September
Changes to submitted information after 18 September 2026 will be subject to an update fee (USD 35).
➕ New Participant
Adding a new participant after the applicable deadline (18 September 2026) will be charged at USD 150 per participant.
🏟️ Event Day — Athlete & Coach / PIC Viewing

Athletes
Athletes are not permitted to go to the front-of-house
spectator area. Athletes must remain backstage to watch the
competition on the large TV screens provided.

Coaches / PIC
Coaches and PICs may follow their team to the front-of-house
competition area for viewing. Once the team has completed its performance, coaches / PICs
must follow the team back to the backstage area.

Lanyard
All coaches, officials, staff, and participants must wear their lanyard at all times within the event venue. Athletes may remove their lanyard during warm-up and while performing. Please ensure your lanyard is clearly visible whenever you are in the venue. Your lanyard identifies who you are and where you are permitted to access — please wear it at all times.

COL, ICU APCC and ICU ACC follow ICU Rules. For APCC Performance Cheer, all age groups follow the ICU Performance Cheer Premier Rules. TN and Peewee also follow the Premier Rules, not the Novice Rules.

INTERNATIONAL MUSIC CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE (IMCC)
Please download the IMCC, complete it and sign it before submitting your music.

All teams are responsible for ensuring that their submitted music has the necessary copyright
permissions/licences. As the competition may be broadcast on the Olympic Channel and other
public platforms, the use of music without the required rights may expose the team and/or
responsible parties to legal claims and liability.
🎧 Need Copyright-Cleared Competition Music?
Competition music may be played through official event media channels, including the Olympic Channel. Teams are responsible for ensuring that their music is properly licensed / cleared for the intended use.
