I understand that as the Coach/Person In Charge in the respective team and my assistants are directly responsible, separately, collectively, to the compliance with the policies and procedure of Asian Cheerleading Championship 2026, the rules and regulations of the competitions and Cheerleading Association and Register of Malaysia (CHARM), and the constitution and by-laws (and official interpretations) of the CHARM.

I acknowledge that all participants information submitted to Asian Cheerleading Championship 2026 is accurate and failure to provide the necessary information will result in disqualification and dismissal of the team in event and may result in banning from taking part in any future competitions depending on the severity of the violations. I have read, understood, agree and comply to all necessary rules stated by the “Event” and all CHARM rules.

Only registered coaches / person in charge should approach the CHARM Event Scorekeeping Table to appeal for infractions and will be required to follow CHARM appeal procedure. Coaches / person in charge are required to fill in appeal form and make required payment before the appeal is processed. Spectators or participants will NOT be allowed to pursue for appeal.

CHARM maintains and enforce a zero tolerance policy for unsportsmanlike conduct by any and all its championship patrons. CHARM reserves the right to remove participants, coaches/directors/advisors/person in charge, or spectators from the performance venue and/or hotel should offensive or inappropriate behaviour toward other participants, coaches/directors/advisors/person in charge or spectators occur.

I DECLARE AND CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY AND I ACKNOWLEDGE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AND THE EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT: I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement, and by filling it voluntarily, I am agreeing to abide by these terms. I agree to cooperate with CHARM and will follow all the instructions and all the rules in accordance with their directions. I understand that failure to obey the rules and instructions of the event officials may result in my dismissal and discharge from the event.
